EatMap is a Melbourne-based food and venue review platform. We provide original reviews and blog content about cafes, restaurants, and dining venues across Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Registered users may also contribute reviews and upload photos of venues and food.

To access certain features of EatMap, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

When uploading photos to EatMap, you agree that:

  • The photo is relevant to the venue or food being reviewed
  • You will not upload photos that infringe on any person's privacy or intellectual property rights

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EatMap to:

  • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional material without authorisation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on EatMap, including but not limited to blog posts, reviews, graphics, logos, and website design, is the property of EatMap and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.


8. Third-Party Advertisements

EatMap may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites that have their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before engaging with those sites.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EatMap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:
